Rosie started to regularly practice yoga after she completed her degree in Psychology. From her studies, she developed an interest in mindfulness. Initially, she started to practice yoga to explore mindfulness, to lose weight, get fit and manage her stress levels. Through her yoga practice, she has found that the combination of poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) have improved her overall well-being, flexibility and posture. Her daily meditation practice brings her clarity and allows her to be more present. In her classes, Rosie hopes her students will feel more balanced, relaxed and empowered.
Off her mat, Rosie loves to be out hiking in nature, she also loves to cook and just be with her friends and family.
